Hosted by Tony-award winning actor, Cherry Jones, this month's Encore IN THE LIFE, "Inside Out", features a collection of stories, including, A Call to Duty, that looks at the army's "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" policy through the experience of one person who had to go back into "the closet" in order to reenlist following the events of 9/11; Madame Speaker, recounting Christine Quinn's historic rise as the first woman - and openly gay one - in the predominantly male maelstrom of New York City politics to becoming the most influential legislator in the city's government; and a Real to Reel that recounts the hysteria that swept Smith College in 1960, when three gay professors were ensnared in an undercover sting operation, through the film: "The Great Pink Scare."
